Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the scatter ph platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and scatter ph ("Platform," "we," "us"). They govern your access to and use of all services, features, games, and content available through scatterph.net, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and fish game sections.
By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the scatter ph platform, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. If we discover that a minor has accessed the platform, the account will be immediately closed, any funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one registered account on the scatter ph platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. scatter ph will use your registered email address as the primary channel for account communications.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. scatter ph staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at [email protected].
scatter ph is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify us promptly of any suspected breach.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using scatter ph, you agree to the following obligations and rules:
- You will use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- You will not attempt to manipulate games, exploit technical errors, or use any form of software, bot, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage.
- You will not engage in fraudulent activities, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks made in bad faith, or money laundering through the platform.
- You will not use the platform in a way that harms other users, disrupts services, or violates the rights of scatter ph or third parties.
- You will not collude with other players in multi-player games or share accounts.
- You will comply with all applicable laws of the Philippines regarding online gaming and financial transactions.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, legal action. scatter ph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action without prior notice.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All monetary transactions on scatter ph — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There is no currency conversion step for users transacting in PHP.
Deposits become available in your account balance upon successful processing. scatter ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for ensuring that any payment method you use is legitimately yours and authorised for use.
Withdrawal requests are subject to standard verification procedures. scatter ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal timelines depend on the payment method selected and may vary.
Bonuses and promotional credits, where applicable, are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements is not permitted.
scatter ph reserves the right to void transactions and reverse funds in cases where fraud, technical errors, or policy violations are detected.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
scatter ph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, scatter ph's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Gaming involves real financial risk. scatter ph does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit. You accept full responsibility for any losses incurred through your use of the sportsbook, casino, or any other gaming feature on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on scatter ph — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, interface elements, text, and game integrations — is the intellectual property of scatter ph or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
scatter ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity verification failure, ineligibility, or at the user's own request.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support at [email protected]. Any pending balances will be reviewed and processed according to our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to verification requirements.
Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative closure following applicable notice procedures.
Changes to Terms and Third-Party Links
scatter ph may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after the revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
The scatter ph platform may reference or link to third-party services where relevant. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services and provide such references for informational purposes only.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the scatter ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
